About Mysa Heating

Mysa is a Swedish word that means a process of being cosy, such as cosying up on a warm comfy sofa on a cold winter’s night. Like all Swedish words, it is inherently guided by the Swedish cultural concept of “lagom.”

Lagom is unique to Swedish culture. It is about simplicity, meaning just enough, in moderation, neither too much nor too little. Lagom is about balance.

Mysa and Lagom describe my ethos for Mysa Heating perfectly. This is to consider your home comfort as well as the environmental impact of the heating systems, Air Source Heat Pumps, and gas boilers we install and maintain. I have a particular interest in energy saving and efficiency.

Mysa and Lagom are personally meaningful to me. I am half Swedish and I’ve spent many a night in dark Swedish winters near the Arctic Circle. Therefore I know how important it is to mysa in your home!
