Heating is all about providing reliable, efficient warmth for comfort throughout the home. This needs careful design, planning and installation. That’s why Mysa Heating invests in the best training and ongoing knowledge acquisition.
To help us do this, not only are we fully MCS Certified, we’re Heat Geek Mastery qualified and complete all the relevant manufacturer training and certification for the Air Source Heat Pumps we install.
We are technology neutral, choosing the most appropriate solutions for each project. We currently work with Grant, Nibe, Steibel Eltron, Panasonic, and Vaillant. We will be adding Viessmann and Ideal to our lineup soon.
Based in Bath we work across the region of Bath and North East Somerset, East Wiltshire, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

Heat Pump System Design
Design is the foundation to a high quality system. Our design services include:
- Detailed home survey and assessment of your needs;
- Full room-by-room whole house heat loss calculations;
- Radiator and/or underfloor heating design;
- Pipework design;
- Hot water cylinder sizing;
- Heat Pump performance calculation and estimation.
Installation
We take a meticulous approach to installation which is clean, tidy and considerate of you and your home. Our installations are executed to enable designed system performance.
We work with several heat pump manufacturers:
- Grant;
- Nibe;
- Stiebel Eltron;
- Panasonic;
- Vaillant;
Viessmann & Ideal coming soon.
Commissioning
When we commissioning the system we make sure it’s working as we designed – to be efficient and dependable. This process includes:
- Setting flow temperatures and flow rates correctly;
- Configuring weather compensation controls;
- Balancing all the heat emitters;
- Making sure there’s even temperature distribution throughout the system;
- Testing, measuring and logging system performance;
- handing over to you and explaining how everything works!
Maintenance
